The history of Kendrick Homes

Founded in 1880 by a Black Country bricklayer named William Kendrick, the Kendrick Construction Group has grown from a modest beginning into a well-known and well respected contractor and developer in the West Midlands, Birmingham and surrounding area.

Kendrick Homes was established in 1981 and since then has built all types of properties over a large part of the country.

The Kendrick Construction Group group today consists of five divisions: Kendrick Homes, Kendrick Construction, Kendrick Developments, Kendrick Special Projects and Kendrick Building Solutions
