The site is situated on Thornhill Road, one of Streetly's most sought after addresses. The development was a eye catching mixture of luxury detached houses and apartments. The apartments to the front of the development over look the picturesque Sutton park.

FLAVELL COURT, BURBAGE

This development of 12 houses in the popular village of Burbage offered family homes with modern living in a rural village and surrounded by countryside. There were five house types off a  private drive giving the development a unique look.

STRETTON CROFT

Stretton Croft was a select development of just four family homes built in an attractive courtyard arrangement on the edge of Burbage near Hinkley. All the houses were bespoke designs to reflect the rural countryside.
