2010 will see Kendrick Construction celebrate 130 years of trading. This is a momentous occasion and we will be marking the year with a variety of activities in and around the community in which we exist. We started the process off with the Kendrick Christmas Card Competition run in conjunction with the Express and Star newspaper.
CONSUMER CODE FOR HOUSE BUILDERS
The consumer code comes into effect for all home buyer registrations signed on or after 1st April 2010. Housebuilders will need to make sure that they have read and understood their responsibilities. The code is a set of 19 requirements and principles to ensure the industry deals effectively with its customers throughout the home buying process. The code will help ensure a consistently high level of customer service from pre to post occupation, by monitoring customer satisfaction and industry compliance.
