Kendrick Homes Launches New Corporate Identity



With effect from the 1st June, 2006 Kendrick Homes have changed their corporate logo.

The old "Kicking K" has been retained by the Construction Division for the time being.

Kendrick Homes Latest Award Success

Kendrick Homes latest award

Kendrick Homes 'Friar Court' development in Worcester was "Highly Commended" by judges at the prestigious Birmingham Evening Mail Housing Design Awards in Birmingham.

The event, on 28th September, was held at the International Convention Centre, and was attended by hundreds of people from the house-building industry. Friar Court was entered in the 'Brownfield/Urban Regeneration' Category in recognition of the re-use of a formerly derelict city centre site.

Details of the scheme, which was designed by architects Development Design Partnership of Stourbridge, can be found under the 'Developments' section of the web site.
